A quick guide to using 3EPDF
Getting Started
Create or import a document
Go to Documents and click + New to start blank, or Import an existing file. Each document gets its own ID and version history.
Edit in the Editor
Set the title, append sections, insert images or a logo, and add a watermark — all while the document is still a draft.
Certify it (optional)
From Certify & Sign or the Editor, seal the document with a cryptographic signature and timestamp. This is permanent — a certified document can't be edited, only versioned forward.
Encrypt it (optional)
Protect a document with a passphrase from the Editor. You'll be given a one-time recovery kit — save it somewhere safe, since it's the only way back in if you forget your passphrase.
Export or share
Download as PDF or DOCX, or open the full Viewer to inspect a document's trust chain, signatures, and governance status.

Good to know
Certification is permanent
Once sealed, a document can't be un-certified or edited in place — use Version Bump to move forward instead.
Keep your recovery kit
It's shown once, isn't stored on our servers, and is the only way to recover an encrypted document if you lose your passphrase.
